By downloading, installing, or using NoorDhikr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Islamic Content & Authenticity

NoorDhikr provides supplications (adhkar and duas) transcribed from the widely recognized Islamic text Hisnul Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) compiled by Sa'id bin Wahf Al-Qahtani, cross-referenced with Sahih Hadith literature (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami` at-Tirmidhi). While meticulous care is taken to ensure complete textual accuracy and authentic transliteration, users are encouraged to verify recitations with authenticated scholars and traditional texts.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NoorDhikr strictly for personal, non-commercial spiritual practice on your iOS device. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code without explicit authorization.

4. Advertising & In-App Content

The App is provided free of charge, supported by respectful, non-intrusive advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). We rigorously restrict ad categories to ensure family-friendly and halal advertising standards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoorDhikr is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain continuous, bug-free operation, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international intellectual property and consumer protection laws.
